Refund policy

At Wispur, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service to all our customers. Every item is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it leaves our store in excellent condition.

📦 Damaged Products During Delivery

If a customer receives a product that appears damaged or broken upon delivery, the following steps must be taken:

  • Take clear photos of the product immediately upon receipt
  • Notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  • Keep the original packaging and all included materials

After reviewing the case, if it is confirmed that the damage occurred during shipping or handling by the courier and not due to a fault from our store, we will assist with:

  • A product replacement, or
  • Contacting the delivery provider to resolve the issue

🏭 Factory Defect Cases

In the case of a suspected factory defect, we kindly ask customers to provide clear photos and video evidence of the issue. This is required for proper evaluation and processing of the claim.

⚠️ Important Notice

Wispur is NOT responsible for damages caused by courier handling or transportation once the product has left our warehouse in perfect condition.

In such cases, refunds are not issued directly by the store and are handled according to the courier’s policy.
